Kompac will be at Drupa 2024
Kompac will be at Drupa from May 28 - June 7, 2024. Kompac will be featuring 2 of our Phoenix machines in two different booths. Kompac will have a Phoenix 20 inline with a Tecnau Stack1212 in booth B41 in hall 8A. Kompac also will be showing a Phoenix 30 inline with a Fuji JPress 750 and that will be in booth A02 hall 8B. Come see our machines run inline and Kompac will also have samples including spot jobs and di-cut jobs that have been run on the Onyx 30.

Kompac & Tecnau Partner on an Inline Coater/Cutter/Stacker Perfect for Direct Mail
Kompac and Tecnau have come together to make an all in one coater, cutter and stacker. Sheets are effortlessly loaded into the Phoenix 20 Pallet Feeder, eliminating the need for manual handling. The Feeder delivers sheets precisely on demand into the Phoenix 20 coating module. This is where the coating is seamlessly applied to the sheet and we have an extensive range of coatings.
After the sheets are coated and dried by our IR and UV dryers they are then passed through to the Stack 1212. The sheets are directed into the Stack 1212’s alignment module, where they undergo precise positioning before being transferred to the cutter. The cutter performs exact single-slits or gutter cuts along the direction of travel as needed, trims out edges, and executes single or double cuts across the direction of travel to accommodate full bleed documents. The Phoenix 20 in configuration with the Tecnau Stack 1212 supports impositions from 1-up to an impressive maximum of 21-up (with no bleed removal, or a maximum of 18 up with bleed removal).
